For our client, a dynamic and innovative company based in Bratislava, Slovakia, we are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to elevate their digital products.

What You'll Do:

As our UI/UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user journey and visual appeal of our applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

• User Research & Analysis: Conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI Design: Designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Usability Testing: Planning and conducting usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development process.
• Design System Management: Contributing to and maintaining our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Iteration & Refinement: Iterating on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving business requirements.
• Trend Awareness: Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to our projects.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a candidate who is not only creatively talented but also a strategic thinker and excellent communicator.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Design Tools Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• User-Centered Design: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture.
• Visual Design Skills: Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and iconography.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
• Collaboration: A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proactiveness: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
